where nothing goes right.

Started out waking up an hour late..no good. Set the alarm for 4 and got up at 5 Didnt have my mess ready, im normally quite prepared and organized when it comes to hunting but damn not this morning.

So my buddy calls, hes at the ramp and im at the house. Before I head out, checked the oil and sure enough its bout empty. Store was closed yesterday and didnt have a clue it was as low as it was. Found a little bottle with verry little oil left but it would be enough to get back to the dock incase the light came on.

Get to the ramp, load the gear and launched. Not 5 min. after i left sure enough the alarm goes off. Damnit! Since we were running late i decided to hunt a backup spot instead of the place i spent hours scouting yesterday. Popped the top and its empty, decided to just put the little bit of oil i had in and head on back. Figure im better safe then sorry and didnt care to purchase a new motor this year. On top of that heading back to the house and daggone trailer lights arnt working...

I hope this isnt telling me anything..not a real good start the first morning of 08

Im gona go take a nap now...maybe take this out on a fish or two later.
