The season has ended....

Finally time to take a couple days to rest after what has felt like a long season. I would like to thank everyone who came out and hunted with us here at the BeagleFarm and at the club. I am thankful that we had a safe and productive season. The past two weeks have been packed with special hunts that lasted from sun up to sun down everyday. Now it is time to concentrate on the rabbits and coons, plus the shellcrcker bite is soon to be starting. The Grand American is this coming weekend(Jan 7 and 8th), I look forward to seeing everyone there.

You never really get over loosing a dog if you are close to him/her. All of mine are treated like one of the family. People who have never bonded with a dog just dont know what they are missing. You have a true friend in a dog that really trusts you. Weekender, sooner or later you will come across the right pup at the right time and you will just know it when it happens.


She, RatMan, is a Rat Terrier. She is a little over two years old. She is always either with me or BeagleMan. (I have been looking for a small little male Rat Terrier to go with her.) She loves to fish too!!! and we just found out that she really likes to chase bottle rockets across the field. That was a site to see her run across that big field in the dark.
