Scent Elimination

Just as buckeye and tiggere said minus the cover sprays( not knocking them, I just never used them)...I keep everything scent free along with myself included...PLUS play the wind....deer feeding around me, behind me, in front of me...deer bedding down 20yds away...

It definitely pays off...plus I use some native folage from the area I'll be hunting (as my cover scent) and place it in the tote that I store my clothing in...

Learned this trick many years ago from a pro hunter, ALCOHOL. No, not drinkin it, unless times are tuff and the need arises of coarse, but just spray where germs are. Odor comes from germs for the most part right? Well, alcohol kills germs.... Yes it has odor when applied, but when it dries, odorless. use regular ol scent free soap as well. Of coarse no one in any hunting mag or show will ever tell you thi$$$$$.

Ive never used any sort of scent/de-scent/mask while whitetail hunting here in OH. Some of the biggest trophy hunters I know have never used any type of it either.

Im not saying that it doesnt work, but Ive had venison in the freezer every year for the past 15 years and Ive hunted in whatever clothes I happened to put on that day.
