That's the API model that I got stolen last year. It was a great stand, but the theft of it was a great thing.

I bought a summit razor SS and it grips the tree much better.

I was trying to adjust the cable today on my foot section and dropped it. Luckily I had that a rope connecting the two, I was 25' up.

Be safe out there and always wear your harness. It only takes one slip for it to all be over.

Thieves must like them. I had the older version stolen from me too.

The main thing is just wear that harness when climbing and sitting. The climber itself can be made safe with the addition of the harness.
