Rehoboth bay duck shoot

Went out this afternoon again and finally scored. Got my limit of mallards and black ducks in the Rehoboth bay. Chillly though, it was blowin about 35 kts out of the NW.

On a side note I saw the coast guard helicopter flying back and forth along the coast all afternoon. Any one know what that was about?

Looking for a kite surfer that blew out to sea. I hate to say it but the guy has a snowballs chance at making it back to the beach still alive.

Our property is behind old inlet bait and tackle. That little grey shanty out in the marsh is ours.

That sucks. Any idea who it is? I have a few friends who are really into that kite boarding.

Good luck it looks like with this cold blast we should get some good shootin in. Hopefullly it will freeze up the fresh water ponds and push the birds out into the marsh. I'll be going again tomorrow and Friday.

I have no clue who it was I just heard about it on the radio. Hope he made it but I kind of soubt it w/ the extreme NW wind today.

Are you north or south of Jeff & Vince's blind? We have multiple blinds on the river & fields hopefully this weather pushes them out of the hook.

Yeah I hope so too. That kite boarding can be some pretty dangerous stuff.

We have 3 set up out there. One is just west of the shanty one is out on the point south of the shanty and one is all the way out on the bay.
