So I bought a trailcam last year, septemberish time frame. Worked decent for the most part, had some battery fitting issues. Set it up this year and it worked well for about a week and then it wouldn't turn back on. Called the company and we trouble shot some stuff but to no avail. Even though it was more than a year old, the company said send it in and we'll see what we can do about it. So I sent it in with a letter explaining what happened and what I had done to try to fix it. Well, in the mail today I received a brand new camera but not just a new one, the next model up!!
I've read a TON of bad stuff online about their customer service while I was looking for a feeder so I hadn't expected much.
I was wrong, they were great. Hopefully I don't have any issues with this one.
