Found apple snails, gopher tortoise, unique chichlids, etc during a project I was really opposed to in Palm Beach... Amazing how little green changed hands for them to just disappear over night...

Deep, unfortunately with the right dollar figure, any and all hurdles can be jumped. I just can't see spending that kind of money on a residential dwelling. I know the feeling of losing special spots like that to development. Happens a lot in RI. Damn state is just too small!

Four wheeler my scuppers!I outlined in another thread this place is crawlin with em. If I was really hungry, standing right next to my garage with a samaurai sword or even a baseball for a few hours would yield backstraps. And being right at my garage no four wheeler needed...
As for the grease $$$$... this town is one of the priciest pieces in this or any country. Hell my house is 5500 square and considered a knock down dump in the scheme of things. Turned away 2.5 large a couple years back... Not interested in selling at any time soon. This town seems almost immune to the economic woes of the rest of the country...
