We mostly roast our ducks but on the divers the boys often wrap the breasts with bacon and do'em on the grill after marinating in Italian dressing for a couple days.
Another good way is slow cooking them in wine for a few hours...

poo ya that looks some good there marlin. is that what they look like like roasted in wine?

have y'all ever put a dab of cream cheese and a slice of jalapeno before you wrap them in bacon? that's some good too. you can do the following like that: sliced duck breast, doves, strips of back strap, and drum roll please, ....(couldn't find a drum roll so a cheers will have to do), sky mullet, aka snow goose breast.
