New Gun and Ready to Bring the Pain to Doves

Just got a new Beretta Extrema II with Kick Off, 28 inch barrel in Max 4 HD. Will be used mostly for Ducks but it will be my dove gun as well. I am announcing today that I am officially planning to shoot a lot of Doves on Saturday. We are having a BBQ at the farm followed by doves coming in like Japs at Pearl Harbor. Anyone else plan on doing some shooting? Also just got new Mojo dove.

i shot a couple last year just in flip flops and t-shirt behind my house. first time in 4 years i have even shot a gun. i have an invite for sat. not sure yet...

I just got that same gun yesterday and hope to break it in on my yearly duck and goose trip to manitoba coming up soon. I hear its a nice gun but I really like my Benelli Super Black Eagle II. Let us know how you like it.

I will let you all know...I also have a Benelli, but I can't stand or ever get used to the trigger creep. When I touch the trigger I want the gun to fire. Hopefully the Beretta will be more responsive.

Headin back home early Sat for a little football and then some dove shootin. I think I'm gonna break out the 20ga and leave the 12 at home this year.

I have, thinking about getting the trigger replaced. The Benelli is my grouse gun. When I bought new this time, I did not want to buy a gun that I would have to take to a gunsmith before I could use it. Can't wait to test the Beretta.

OK, opening day is over. What can I say, it was the most perfect day ever. I shot my limit in 2 hours plus a few extras as part of my friends lmit, Appalachain State beat Michigan, Georgia Beat Oklahoma St., The Beretta was even better than I had hoped. Spent the Evening cleaning birds and drinkin' some good ole carolina white liquor....then watching football and drinkin more white liquor. Yesterday was the perfect day.
