Nephew's first Deer

Well, well, well, I got the phone call yesterday afternoon. I could hear over the phone how proud my brother SHUNT was of his son. My nephew William shot his first deer yesterday right after he and my brother settled into the stand. After some years of passing on basket racks, does and spikes, he connected with nice 6 pointer on my brothers land with his new .243 rifle. Dropped him like a bad habit!

Purty work William.

Hoping we can get him to tell us about it when his Dad SHUNT logs on.
