Crab mustard is good
Thanks for the heads up Dave. I might have to try these after hearing how much you liked them.
Does Muzzy make a broadhead that will take itself into the woods and shoot a deer all on its own? Just curious, as that might be the only way Brian will get a deer next year.

You have your ideology and I have mine!
Dave does muzzy have a 100 grain. That's what the field points I have been practicing with are and I think you are the one that told me to make sure the weight is the same.

Yep, they do have a 100 grain, and that's what I shoot.
They're just not on sale at Cabelas right now!

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
If your using 100 grain target tips then use the 90 grain 4 blade muzzy The weight forward balance is the same this way as the longer broadhead moves the forward bias further with the same weight (100) but not with the less weight of the 90 grain heads This is a dead nuts point of impact out to 60 yds in calm conditions using 3" vanes

I think Admin is going to let me have this space
100 is my head of choice... I have had issues on pigs down here and deer up north with 125... I shoot at about 57lbs... My shoulder sometimes locks up if I go for more. I was slinging all kinds of aluminum which balanced well with the 125 but I could not get much penetration. I switched to carbon and they were a touch weight forward... So now I had accuracy as well as penetration problems. I guess I'm not alone. Not sure if its cause they are a popular head or if it penetration issues, but I have removed three broad heads in recent years from three animals (32 pigs and a deer) None made the trip through the shoulders and all were 125s... I went to 100 a few years back and penetration hasn't been an issue again. Deep or pass through... Thats If I actually hit em...

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
The 100 muzzy and 90 muzzy use the exact same blade so the wound size is the same the thinner ferruel of the 90 will cut alittle more but it is very minute I hunted with a bunch of prostaffer's and this was the direction they steered me in as I don't shoot ultra heavy draw weights like them (The minimum I saw was 85#) most were right around 100# I shoot an LX Mathews at 72# The arrow I use is the Hunter select Terminator express These are 11 gr an inch so they are slow compared to a IBO weight 7or 8 gr an inch type arrow But they out penetrate every carbon I have tried
