Looking to get a 50 cal in-line muzzleloader inexpensive but easy to maintain and shoot. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

I think Admin is going to let me have this space
I'm into my third year of beginner and bought a CVA package. Being cheap by nature I had no problem parting with about $150 for the A-Z set up. They have a few models in that price range...
Although I figured I'd just start with it and move to something more elaborate I have just stuck with that one. Teaching myself new tricks along the way. So many options in the black powder world I'm comfortable staying simple... The only moves I have made since starting was switching from powder to pellets and from the usual sabot type slugs to powerbelts.
I have heard all kinds of input from those with more experience than me but I found two pellets being the right combo at least in that gun. I noticed that three didn't send it harder or faster and they seemed to tumble and keyhole at 75 yards... Thast just me though.

I've been shooting the Thompson Omega for about 4 +/- years now and love it. Deadly accurate, and easy to clean. While it may not be the cheapest, If I recall correctly it was around 400$, it is definately the most accurate out of the box.
