A year or so ago, we had 2 what I called Florida Panthers in our side yard, I thought it was a pair, male and female. They had chased all the foxes, bot Red and Gray under our porches and my SUV. The only time that I have seen both Red and Grey mixed together and never seen them so scared. The Cats cry was bone chilling but I was told that they are not in NC.

Oh ya, were not on the out skits of the city but we do have Salt water on 1 side.

SEE HERE D.E.C., HAS A CUTE WAY OF SAYING THERE ARE NO MOUNTAIN LIONS HERE, THEY SIMPLY SAY THEIR NOT NATIVE TO THE AREA, AND THAT MAKES EVERYTHING ALRIGHT, THATS WHAT THIS WHOLE ARTICLE IS ABOUT TO PROVE THE POINT THE CAT CAME FROM ELSEWHERE AND IT WAS A FLUKE, WE ALL NOW THATS NONSENSE BECAUSE TO MANY PEOPLE HAVE SEEN THE CATS. YOU CAN BET THERE ARE CATS IN N.C., AND THERE NOT SOMEONES PETS THAT WERE TURNED LOOSE.
