    Mixed bag duckies

The boys have exams this week and had the morning off today... What else to do than head off to the lake! Wish my high school years had been that easy!!!
They found a good mix of ducks, dippers, woodie, gadwal, ring & redhead, missed some nice ones too from what I heard and almost got a shot at a pair of cans.
I almost get as excited as they do when they bring back good stories so no need to get up early and get cold!!!

A fine dinner in store for the MM family--- including some boiled Dippers for the dog bowl.

Great morning on the lake I'd say! That redhead looks HUGE. The only duck mount I have is a redhead, but its not as big as that sucker. Great job fellas.

Nice pics and report Jacques. From all of your reports I can conclude one thing and that is the MM household never has to buy any meat at the grocery store.
