Mattamuskeet Report

Took my dad up to Lake Mattamuskeet for his first trip to that area. We had a guided hunt. We hunted Tuesday morning and afternoon and Wednesday morning. He enjoyed every minute of it. We hunted in the rain and cold Tuesday and he never complained one bit. We have already decided that we will be going back next year together. Our final count for our day and a half hunt was 5 Drake Pintails and 18 GW Teal. Sorry, we both forgot to bring a camera. Great trip with the old man.

Glad to hear you had a good trip. Who did you hunt with. I am pretty sure I know them as I live less than 10 miles from the lake and most of my friends work as duck hunting guides winters.
