Oh, I also need to check out fishing reports too the day before to see if others caught anything before I part with any greenbacks. Sorry about this being your livlihood and that you might need that money to pay a bill or take ponytail out to diner or something but I rather look after me than you dude. Hell, if I gave you the money the government would have only taken it anyway so I think I'm doing you a favor. You ought to thank me. That's the way this is suppose to work right?

It never ceases to amaze me what some people (thank God a small minority) will do...or not do...when it comes to charter fishing, and I'm sure guided hunts as well. For some reason they just don't see it as a man's livelihood. I just hope there is really such a thing as "karma."

I understand I have been on that end in the charter business and in the sales business as well....what ticks me off even more than if someone stands me up is when they don't call the night before to let me know they have had a major life threatening emergency, which 99% of the time ain't so. Then I've wasted my time getting things ready, cleaning up shaving, etc. meeting them counting on the money being there and then BOOM!!! A NO SHOW!!!! It happens in every business not just charter fishing or guiding as well. Just sucks when you get out of that warm bed and leave your woman to go make money and then the day is a BUST!!!! I fully agree here. People should live life by the GOLDEN RULE!!
