Stock spring, inside or outside mag spring?

Sure Cycle makes good stainless springs. I just took apart a pair of Gold 10 gauges that needed new stock springs after going swimming a few too many times. Try Google, you'll find you can save $10 or so depending where you buy them.

I have a pair of SBE's w/ the sure cycles in them and have been very happy.
