I have eatten Lion dark meat quite a strong flavour not unlike Zebra.

Bobcat loins are delicious. I have spent several hours in the woods after the kitty the last 4 years. I have some of the best hunting memories from it also. They are a true trophy that you have to put your time in to get. They come to the call with stealth and you better being paying attention. Box I got everything we need call,decoy and know how and I live on your way to Tarboro.

Bobcats taste incredible. Some people like mountain lion better but I think bobcat is just as good if not better.

We are lucky down in Texas as there is no season for varmints.

Kebabs slow cooked over an open fire is an excellent way to prepare your bobcat.

I wouldn't make a comparison to zebra though. Zebra's have yellow fat that is very unpleasant. In Botswana, the natives won't touch it but in Tanzania they eat it. Of course, natives in Tanzania are a lot more hard up for meat than their cousins in Botswana.
