It might be heavier then most on the market today, but at least you can make it the size and shape you want.

There are plans available all over the place online.

I dont know if anyone has used these but at least one for under 500 is out there. I found one on craiglist in Detroit for 700 and that was a double. I let yall know what I do

Not sure how big of water you hunt but I built one out of sheets of foam and fiberglassed it for arounf $350. Used it on some of the bigger lakes in NC and felt very safe in it. We planned on using it in the sounds but it didn't happpen this year. We loaded it down with about 600#'s with no problems. We run a trollin motor on it as well. If you are interested I can get you plans with all materials listed.
