    I need your help!

I'm having problems with theft on my job sites and want to put a deer camera at each house to try and stop it. I want a camera that will not flash so that it will not be seen when it takes a picture. Can you guys make some recomendations?

There are only a couple out that DO NOT emit any light and they are big $$$. The inferred systems look like a brake light in stead of a flash and you cand definately see them.If you have electricty I would look in to a dvr video survalance system. More cameras and angles for less $$$$

You may want to take a look at setting up a live vidstream. This has become very popular as of recently in many anti-theft situations. This way here thousands of people can watch your job site all the time online instead of just hoping to get a good enough shot of the perps with a trail cam. I don't know your situation though, what kind of jobsite, residential, commercial or other ect. I have run some large comm. construction projects and lately many companies are setting these live cams up so as they can see the progress of their project from the office. Something to keep in mind.

The cameras are for residental construction. Sometimes I only have a saw service for power until we get the "CO" and then the power company will energize the house. Will the IR flash flash quick or does it have a long flash? I purchased two of the Moultrie I-40s today.
    Thanks for the help.

The stay on for about 5 seconds and look like someone hitting there brakes. It spooks the deer as much as a flash.
