Speaking of pet deer, my G-dad had a 8 pt in Graham that he used to throw apples and pears at. The dumb thing would stand there and eat them.

I know how you feel BOX... we have hunters who run the deer with dogs and they always seem to run right thru my yard. We have woods all around us and in the summer there are some huge deer tracks that run beside my driveway then they dissappear into the woods...

anyway this year during hunting season .. it was a warm day I was hanging my sheets on the line to dry and a big buck came running thru my yard with yelping dogs hot on it's trail... I just stood there with my mouth gaped open in wonder... Why did'nt I have MY gun out?..

marty.....ive seen them shed in the first week of january down this way.....and everything is on the ground by mid february. if he aint wearing them, go find them before the squirrels and mice get to gnawin'.....then maybe you can use his won horns to rattle his ass up and run him thru next season .
