Many thanks for your efforts in our hunt Saturday. It's nice to see a fellow hunter put forth a strong effort to get results for his crew. Nice job. From the folks that I've spoke with on the Shore since I got home, we may have to come down in a bus next year!!!!

Swancaller delivered last year so expectations were high......he didn't disappoint! We had a phenomenal bluebill shoot with some ringbills and a stupid blackduck thrown in for good measure. Glenn W, his son Thomas, Saxis Islander and I.....talk about a boatload of rednecks.

Yeah its been tough with the puddlers for us too. The three day cold snap was great and the first few days after where decent but its been down hill since then.Last week was solid 2 ducks here five ducks there, could have had more, it sure is a beautiful day kind of bull s#$T.Saturday we had 13 ducks , widgeons and teal.So with any luck it will be good in the a.m.All my guys seemed to make the best of it and know that these things have wings and can go where they want to. Regardless, Me, just like you, love to putem in the box and its heartbreaking when they just arent here like there suppose to be.Good luck to ya ther captain.Hope there going down for ya in the a.m.
