Somebody stole my gps off of the 4 wheeler up at the camp. its my fault for leaving on the bike. it was an old Magellan and needed updating ....though i lost most of my way-points. mainly because it was so cumbersome loading and downloading way-points.

I have been researching and think I like the Delorme PN 60. have any of y'all used this unit? it is a little pricey at $350. PN 40 is $299 but is inferiorer to the 60. the 60 has 3gb more of internal flash memory and 10 hrs more battery life.

do any of you endorse a mid level unit by another manufacturer? my main desires are a good internal map, easy software to upload/download locations. other features that would be nice, barometer, compass, hunting times, tides.
