grasshopper scores again!

I was stuck waiting for a carpet guy all morning and got the call I'd been waiting for all morning. No not the carpet guys, they're not showing.

Grasshopper called all excited and out of breath.

Hit him and he crashed. I saw blood and see his body.

HOT DAMN. Grasshopper got his first buck, 5th deer of season amd 6th of his short career.

Damn if I'm not a proud teacher.

8 pt, still waiting for width, but I'm guessing 16+ inside.

John had just grazed a squirrel when he heard some leaves moving to his left. He looked towards the noise and saw the buck.

It turned and started walking away and at angle and John ranged it, drew and mouth bleated to stop the buck.

The second it stopped, he let the arrow fly.

The hit sent him crashing down in to the bottom within 50 yds or so.

The arrow went in through the left shoulder blade and destroyed the left lung.

The rage two blade lost both of it's blades according to John. I haven't seen it, but he claims "They're just gone"
