got a double
Our hogs have been nocturnal for a good while now. Lots of pressure makes em scared to move in the daylight. We have 100s of trail cam pics but almost all have been at night. Yesterday the first hog came by at 4:00 PM and I was glad to see pork in the daylight. Got a sow and then a little later a second group came in and I got a young boar. We shouldn't talk about my shooting, Offshore may read this and laugh at me. One went 40 yds and the other only 30 yds but neither was hit where I was aiming. I am pretty sure I know what I did wrong but some practice is in order to make sure. We are looking forward to the "off" season and maybe the hogs will start making more daylight appearences. Fun stuff, good eating.

hunting eastern SC on a lease, this is our first year in this lease and we are really enjoying the hogs. They can be very difficult to see in the daylight, especially during deer season when pressure is high. I hope things calm down pressure wise after deer season goes out. We can hunt the hogs year round, with no limit on numbers.
