Should definately get the birds headed south...headed to the lease in the morning for the 3rd split opener on Arkansas, looks like mother nature will cooperate just right

I have never been waterfowl hunting before, but the more I hear and read about it I really want to get into it. I live in SE pa, any hints,suggestions on where to get started?

We will see what happens here in the Mid Atlantic. Our Season in Va. opens back this Sat. Last year the birds overflew Va. when they did come down from the North.
Will provide a report on any new push Sat. night or Sun.

WE had a nice push of birds on this last full moon and front that followed, I hope that we will see some more on this front...

I have talked with guys to the north and west of us.

Reports are in that the birds are heading south IN MASS! Should be a good re-opener on the 19th, especially if the weather is nasty..

One more week of climbing stands for me and itll be nothin but feathers.

I hope this weather does just like its supposed to. I know alot of birds have showed up in the last week. We had right many teal in our fields but have yet to kill any big ducks all year. Heard of a pile of divers showing up though, ill find out for myslef this weekend.
