too busy driving and killing to take pictures of the snow. the hunting was great! My son, Paul has killed lots of does but the shooter bucks have been giving him the slip. Sunday evening was the ticket. he put some serious medicine in a nice bucks boiler maker. We were up near Vickburg, MS at my good friend Mark's camp. There were 4 of us their we got 3 nice bucks. i was the only one that didnt get one. My muzzel loader, that i have not used for a couple of years, since i got a 45-70, miss fired. the 209 primer snapped on a decent 8 point Saturday afternoon. I worked on it a little in the stand and popped off two more primers with no luck.i had the video camera but nothing else came by. so we should have been 4 for 4 on nice bucks.
in between killing deer, the ducks were flying and we managed to kill some of those also. or was the deer hunting between the duck hunting....its all a blur
