Geese are safe with Us

Cool morning with the high blue sky and low fog over an icey field. Wil was pumped to give the geese another try.

I don't know which is more frustrating, seeing nothing or seeing several thousand with no real encounters and shooting going on all around. Well guess our meager spread of 12 Real Geese was not the ticket. Wil has gotten the hang of calling. His sounded much better than mine. We could here his echoe off the woods and it sounded real good.

Buddy coming over this afternoon to try with a few more dozen dekes. We will see if that makes a difference. Trial and error. At least the field is right behind the house.
