Smoked Wild Duck w/ a Port reduction

I haven't made many posts this hunting season b/c I've been too damn busy hunting.

I've taken a lot less pics this year, and believe that pics make a report, hence the lack of reports.

The puddle duck hunting was great for the first week of this last split, and I'm not enjoying the fruits of my labor.

Keep an eye out in the Grillin and Chillin forum, I have a freezer full of goodies and can't wait to get cooking this winter.
