Nice bag of widgeon and spoonies the prior trip. Noticed on the boat what looked like some eel grass. Did you by chance find those on a grassy shoal on the ocean side??
We have similar areas around Chincoteague and if you did then it may be worth a trip from the bayside to blast some seaside baldies.

Nah its regular marsh grass and mud,although i have shot widgeons on flats where the bottom is eelgrass but not in awhile
