Duckin Report
Went on the annual outing with my buddies from VA and NC up to Virginia.
Our usual spot was iced in, so we got the opportunity to hunt a little further south in Pungo.
Ice, Ice baby. Had a couple of clear spots and the birds liked em.
We killed nearly 30 quality ducks for the 3 days of hunting for 4 1/2 hunters. Keep in mind too that we hunt morning and eve and take about a 4 hour break in the middle of the day, the birds traded all day, but it was in the 20's and tough to sit all day.
Blacks, Mallards, Gadwalls, GW Teal, Blue Bills, Ringers, and for me a Bull Canvasback that will be going on my wall.
Good hunt and great fellowship.
I did not get any pics, but I will post some when the outlaw gunner emails them to me.
