    BUCKEYE TRAIL CAMS!

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW INNOVATIVE TRAILCAM .

LAST NIGHT WHILE I WAS WATCHING SOME DEER HUNTING SHOWS ON THE "SPORTSMAN'S CHANNEL" , I NOTICED ONE OF THE SPONSORS WAS BUCKEYECAMS....http://www.buckeyecam.com/main/products.php

THIS COULD BE VERY VERY INTERESTING .....TO BE ABLE TO VIEW YOUR PHOTOS WITHOUT DISTURBING THE AREA!!!!

HAS ANYONE OUT THERE TRIED THIS BRAND?

    AWESOME IDEA!

Box, i think Ken is expiermenting with this type of cam on his property, I know after having a couple card cams stolen they wanted a camera that downloaded right to the internet. maybe he will come on here and give you the details.

Can yo imagine being able to do SOME of your scouting from online. Wind not right to check the cam, no problem, use the buckeye.
Old monster paranoid buck coming into view of the camera at a prime time for you to check the pics, no problem check them from home.

    Really neat idea.

Could work good for turkeys, waterfowl swamps, goose fields etc.

I've heard of them but I don't know anyone that uses them. Pretty cool idea I think. Too much $ for me though.

This is very interesting. I hunt two hours from where I live. Scouting takes place during the middle of white marlin season, so I dont get to scout. I tested different methods of trail cameras and different applications on there use. I have learned that a flast and inferred lighing in heavily pressured woods is a no no, you will get one picture of that buck and you wont see them again. This camera has no imferred dots, thats what Im looking for. This is worth every penny in my opnion. If I didnt have to make two trips to the farm it will pay for itself in gas it cost me. I think Im going to have to invest in one. No you cant BORROW it.

Neat system. Anybody have one? or used one.

This is what I need to replace my work time scouting, since I can no longer scout ducks & geese from my desk. Somebody tell me again why we moved from a water view. Going to have to "plant" some corn in the high school stormwater pond behind me.

I personally don't have one, but a good friend of mine who is a pilot (travels everyday) has one. He told me about it last season and I said BS! He pulls out his Palm Trio and low and behold he has like 400 pictures emailed to him. He has a lease in Illinois and since he travels a lot and doesn't live there it is perfect for him. He only has two and they are bolted to trees. Not sure how much they cost but they are really expensive. The property I hunt is family owned and my parents live there so I have 12 Moultries and a stack of SD cards. Dad goes in every 2 or 3 days and swaps out cards and e-mails the pics to me. So I don't think I would drop the money on those. But if you don't live near your property and have a few extra thou to spend, it would be perfect.
