I am t-minus 24 hours from the hunt on a little Island here on Georgia. I am going with some buddies (Brad and Marty-ApexPredator). My first hunt of this fall. We are actually going to be hunting an ocean side Island that few others have even been on this year. Last year, they managed 3 bucks and several hogs. This is my first trip to it. We are going to be roughing it (some more than others) camping for three days and hunting 2 of them. I am planning on bringing the camera so there should be plenty of good pics. Will post later.

Hog hunting is a blast. This is primarily a deer hunt, but if a pig walks by.... he becomes bacon!

Thanks Weekender.... I am hoping your leg heals up quickly. I miss the pig trips you and your wife took. Cant wait for some more, as they get me by when I am not out there. And I am going to be limited on my hunts until after the new year.... I all of a sudden am a slum lord! (Well, I now have 2 rental properties which I never intended, and both are coming up for rent, one in Nov, and the other in Dec) Until I get those rented out, I am going to be pinching pennies, and doing repairs!
