A Brief Non Report

If planning to hunt central jersey any time soon you may want to wait a bit. They seem to be still eating suburban lawns and staying out of the woods , at least around here...
Though I have been married to this new boat morning noon and night and despite Deep Deckhand ditching me so he could go, I did get out for a couple quickies. No derr to report. Might be a smidge early for these spots but still had a good time. Plenty of life to keep me on my toes. Squirels, bunnies, chipmunks, a possum, a coon and even a couple field mice, along with most every kind of bird imaginable kept me cpompany. Hell one of the squirels was even kind enough to stop and pee on my foot...
looks like we're gonna skip fishing hard this weekend thanks to the wind so maybe I'll get back out one or two more times before heading home.

I do not know where you are hunting, but I live near G.A. in Jackson and my spot is going off. I passed on the the 7 pt two nights ago hoping for some of his buddies. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Keep going north to Sussex County.... those are the real woods in New Jersey!!!
