Bingo!
One might think that 21 days straight of elk hunting would "scratch the itch" but after getting home late Saturday night and 34 hours in the truck, we were back up Sunday morning scouting for deer. It paid off. Monday after work, we both hit the woods again. Kay also took a real nice mature dry doe. Not bad for less than an hour of time on the stand. More to come on the elk hunting saga later.
11 points, 180 lb. live weight, 15 yd shot, went 40 yds and tipped over.

info
Chatham county, the add on bino/range finder pouch is on every hunting shirt I own. Something I saw in a Paul Bruner hunting video 20 years ago. I have the Crooked Horn system that I use for big binos but more times than not my "pouch" has a range finder in it.
