Better late than never.....One day left for 8 a piece

Forecast is for mass goose murder tommorow morning. Flocks have been patterend for the last few weeks thanks to my brother SHUNT as the
"spot" is near his house. These bird were here since the opener, then they disappear, gone for a week then they are back. And so on and so on. Very frustrating as both of us tried to pin them down on several occasions.

Well they are here in full force this morning. "From the surrounding conditions this morning and yesterday I don't see them leaving anytime soon (SHUNT 9/28/07)"

Full report coming Monday. Keep your fingers crossed, it may just get real ugly in the morning. Thanks SHUNT for keeping an eye on them. This will be just what the doctor ordered after this hell week.

I was up at my lease last night to mess with deer cameras and was welcomed by 40 mallards and 100+ geese on the neighbors pond. Tuesday was the last day for us until Nov. I guess I should have gone

It was a no go. Sorry gang. I jinxed myself here.

No puppy yet, to late in the year to start one if I cannot get him by March. Will be looking again at litters in the next few months.
