Back to da Swamp!

We talked about it and thought it might be best to let the birds rest, but it was going to be cold, so we decided to jump on it.

Things started out slow, 8am and only two birds, but we had a steady flight all morning.

Jeremy was a dead eye today, did not leave many for me to shoot at, and I missed a few times.

Maybelle got some great work in, a quad of teals, and two doubles including a very lively mallard that played hide and seek with her in the reeds, she did not give up though and got her!

Gonna lay off for a couple of days, I got some work to do and Maybelle needs the rest.

They are left to right, drake Gadwall, two Drake Mallards, one Hen Mallard, two blacks, two BW teal, two GW teal.

We are seeing alot of teal mixed together those four came from the same flock.

Had to shoot the hen mallard, the only thing Jeremy left me.
