taste like chicken
I have spent many a night gig in hand or .22 slung over my shoulder. Gigged one one night on Deep River just outside Jamestown, NC that was 16" long. I once ate 52 legs at one setting, not pairs mind you but legs. Considering I only weighed 135 soaking wet at the time, I was proud of myself. They are just like chicken legs, rollem in your favorite batter and fry fryem up. They will jump in the pan just a little, no chit. I can whack the legs off and skin a pair in 10 secs consistently. Frog gigging, now that's living.
