Awsome day of duck hunting

Well after 2 days of 100.6* fever i finally broke it and made a hunting trip since duck went out today. Got set up in our pond since the game wardens have came to terms with letting us hunt there.

Set up and had a flock of teal in the decoys in matter of minutes. Sun broke and it was on. First was a flock of 30 teal. Dropped 3 since my brothers gun jammed.

Next in was 5 mallards, dropped 3 drakes and let the hens go. Went to pick everything up and had a gadwald come right in so I had to shoot it. Turned around and had a teal coming right at me so you know that went down.


Ended the day with 3 drake mallards,5 teal,1 black duck,1 gadwald, 1 wigeon, 1 wood duck drake.

Taken a picture after dinner so it will be up in just alittle.
