The county where our Hunt Club is (Powhatan Co, Va), was just opened this year for Bear season. First day of Archery season, one of the members scored. Phillip has shot three other bears up in Canada in years past, so that bear made the wrong decision to come under his stand. Estimate of over 300# due to the scale only going to 300# when weighed. Not too fond of the picture layout of streched out, but I wasn't the one taking pics. One shot according to Phillip.
