I would look somewhere other then lymes. You can get a pretty good skin component with lymes its not always joints and lethargicness. This does sound a little over the top though . Lymes generally responds very quickly. wheer the lesions most? My guess Legs stomach and ears Am I correct?

Well another 2 days at the vet and still no real answers. Best guess so far is that on top of the Lymes disease she has contracted an auto immune infection that is attacking her skin. Had to do biopsy on the infected areas paws nose and ears as well as the skin that is not affected belly and back, then send it all off to find out what is going on. New heavy dose of prednisone on top of the growing list of drugs. She is moving around better now, but the skin infection looks horrible.
