    Absolutely duckless

Normally, I'd be playing with the Divers in Carolina about now but the winds were just too much to venture out in the Sound.
The marshes and swamps are all frozen here in Virginia but we gave the River a try. All I can say is, I've seen more ducks in July than I did today.--- A few Dippers but no quality divers and the Puddlers are non existant.

Wow! Here in central VA all of the small lakes and ponds have iced over and concentrated the MALLARDS on the small rivers. Didn't get out today, but others had flocks up to 50 bomb the decoys. Going to try early in the week before temps rise.

If you find the right spot it's been pretty good up here.

You're more than welcome to load up the little rednecks and get yer ass up here.

The next two nights might just force me to pack an axe on the next trip.

Look what I got last week.
