7:04 am & its over

At least it was for my blind today. Had a couple of Marines from Camp Lejune this morning and after the first flock few by it was on and the ducks could not stand it, they needed to be where we were. Doubles and triples were the order that fell with flocks of 10 to 50 came across the blocks. It was over before I could get the video camera. Guns blazed, birds fell and 7:04 am we were limited out. My good camera is down for the count (being repaired as I type ) and I was not able to down load from my other camera for some reason, so sorry, but no pictures, such is life. For the next hour we sat and watched as group after group fly into the blocks some landing and some circling trying to set up right with the wind. After we could not stand watching any longer I fired up the grill and fixed steak and cheese sandwiches and then grilled up some Oysters. What else are you going to do when your limited out @ 7:04 am...
