i agree with you to the extent that if we killed every giant we catch then we wouldnt have any giants anymore becuase 1 in 8 children of a giant grow to be that size so if we killed those giants thats that many we dont have left also giants are the best age of breeding tuna

totally man but there is a whole bunch of tag a giant dudes that put them back alive. so let the east coast boats make their living and shut the long lining fisheries down because they put the biggest dent in the population.

tagging giants allows us to gather important information about their migration habits, where they like to spend the most time, what depths they visit, etc. if you kill them all and just think the other guy is gonna tag them, eventually there wont be any more giants left to make money off of them.

First you can be better then the japs I have to go with tred barta on this and come on wen I go fishing I put rod it just to get sharks to tag. The dam japs are killing bluefin so fast it is not funny soon there will be nothing left for us and you killing them is not better be smart and letem go.

The only fish I have ever keped in the salt was a 27 inch striper aside from bait.
