Hey I am 16 I got my mating job last year, worked 600 hours my first season on a boat called the Sea Sprite in Connecticut. Basically what I did is called every captain and e-mailed each one telling them about me and what my passion is and I did that for all the captains in my state and eventually my current captain sent me an e-mail asking me to come down to the dock to meet him and it just went from there.
