Going Fishing Finally!!!

Now, in middle school, the teachers are pretty lenient when it comes to skipping for fishing, as long as I get my work in. But some of my friends attend the highschool that I will attend and the absentee system is really strict. You MUST have a doctor's note to leave, be absent, or come into school for or from a doctor's visit. Also, if you miss a certain number of days you go to "highschool court" and must explain why you've missed so many days. This will put me in a tight spot for getting out of school for tournaments, and it TOTALLY excludes fun fishing days! I guess I'll have to wait and see. One more year left of middle school so I'll try to enjoy what's left of my fishing freedoms!

My high school isn't too bad. When I ditch for fishing I'm out for 1-2 days. The second day the school usually calls to see if I'm home sick or something. I'm usually given a "sick" note explaining that I was home sick signed by my parents to have my absents be legal thats if I remember to hand them in, otherwise I get marked as an illegal absent. I'm just pumped I only have a week left of school.
