fished masseys all day 5am-3pm very slow day only 1 fish to show for our efforts also lost 2 at the boat.fish was about 80lbs

Better luck next time. I heard good results on the chunk on Carteret Canyon. They had 27 tuna and 29 of them were on the chunk, most of the yellow fin being in the 60-70 range.

its weird masseys and 19 were red hot last week.....i guess since nobody fished this past week since the weather was shit the fish moved on

Early am troll bite was hot and then it died. No where near the bluefin as last Sunday when we had almost a dozen and throwing back 65 lb tuna by 8:00 am. Thnigs changed after the blow and did not see many sand eels on bottom either. Inside the 20 there were massive schools of bait although but no bites like last week also. Seen this before after a blow and the bite turned on again about 2 days later so we will see.

it was bad like blueish green it was ugly

At least you got to fish! I was away at camp from sunday through friday, so I missed out! I had fun today!
