], but forced to go to school. I have been fishing for Striped bass since my hands were big enough to get a grip on a bunker. So that makes it 12 years. Since mid-Summer i have been up to Rhode Island just about 3 times a week. But 3 weeks ago something that i will never forget happend. Friday morning around 7 o'clock i landed a 46 pound bass around fishers island. Broke my personal best which had been 44.5 pounds. 
i was so excited. Below is a picture of the 46 and one of the 48.
