    Boating brings families together.....

Not only do we love to fish together but my family just loves being on or around the boat. For me and my kids, just spending time together in a marine environment is quality time.

Here are some shots from an outing last November on the Chesapeake. Headed to The Crab Claw in St. Michaels, MD for an afternoon cruising, steamed crabs and a visit to the maritime museum. As you can see we don't have to be catching fish to have a great time. Looking at these photos reminds me of how much the kids have grown over the past year!

    Tim,

You should head to St. Michaels this weekend for the Oyster Festival at the Maritime Museum!

I'm trying to get over there by boat on Saturday. I know a couple of the boats from Sunset are going for the whole weekend. Make sure you stop for crabs at the Crab Claw. Ask for Billy and tell him those Nimrod's sent you.

Looks like the OysterFest itself is only Saturday 10-4. http://www.cbmm.org/

Crab Claw should be open all weekend though. http://www.thecrabclaw.com/

Enjoy checking out the new ride......

BTW - if you go to the Crab Claw in St Michaels make sure you bring cash cause they don't take credit cards.
