1998 Gibson 5500 Houseboat Vehicle Description Up for auction is a 1998 Gibson 5500 series houseboat very well maintained and taken care of. There is nothin wrong with this vessel I would not be afraid to take a trip to the Gulf in it today thats how confident of this vessel I am. 1968 40 ft Riverqueen Steel Houseboat w/ Dana Outdrives Vehicle Description Plenty of room inside of boat and lots of space on roof. I had the port side engine running 2 years ago and then winterized it.The starboard engine is shot with parts of the upper end missing.All the windows are there with working screens .The electrical works .Plumbing has some cracked lines but shower did work last year with shore hook up..Has electronics,compass and ship to shore.Working stove and electric heaters.Steering cable in helm and flybridge is broke ..I took a helm cable from a 38 ft Riverqueen.Don't know if it will work but it will come with the boat..boat has an anhcor..Inside cosmetics are removed .I did this to fix some leaks and remodel the inside.I no longer have time for the project and looking to move the boat before winter..The head is missing the toilet.This would make a good floating cottage or a good houseboat to restore back to working order.It will also need bildge pumps installed.Has dana outdrives I did engage starboard side when i started motor 2 years ago.It engaged but did drip some fluid .I was told it was a seal Boat was in the water this summer but recently pulled this past week.Marina water was off for the season so it was not powerwashed for the pics.Trailer belongs to Marina and does not come with the boat.Boat is sold as is and will be advertised elsewhere .Which means I will end the auction if boat sells...Thanks for looking my # is 734-216-5428 or email me with any questions..The boat is located in Wyandotte Michigan 48192 ...More pics on Photobucket http://s772.photobucket.com/albums/y...kst/Houseboat/

LIVE ABOARD,65' ALUMINUM DOUBLE DECK ,T/DIESELS,1979 Vehicle Description This is a great live aboard and I am talking from experance. She is 56' water line length, 65' over all, drafts 5', v type hull (not a flate bottom). I have run her across the Gulf from Tampa. We ran 1800 rpms and was doing 11 knots GPS. Seas were 3 to 5 with a south wind at about 7 knots. It would also be a great boat for the GREAT WATERWAY. The 671s run good with about 1800 hours, the port one smokes until hot, a new Northern Lights 20 kw gen was installed in 2006 it has about 200 hrs now. 4 ,marine air cons, floor electric heater, 2 state rooms one with queen bed and one with twins, both have full heads with full size showers and a bunk room , a swamp room with washer and dryer combo (dryer is broken), sink and cabnets. The electronics are 2006 up to date. Radar, ploter,depth finder, GPS, vhf,. Older river spots. The galley has a full size elec stove with oven that works good, disposal, side by side refg. micro, dish washer (I never used) new hot water tank, new air compressor located down in the forward compartment just aft of the anchor locker bulkhead. BUYER SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ANY PRICE ADJUSTMENT SHOULD BUYER ELECT NOT TO VOID THE SALE AS PROVIDED FOR HEREIN. Neither USauctions nor the owner of the item shall be liable for any of buyer's costs incidental to the sale including, but not exclusively, travel, inspection, shipping or repairs. Any actions undertaken by USauctions or any item owner to assist buyer with shipping this item shall not be construed as placing an obligation upon USauctions or an item owner to ship the item, pay for shipping or be responsible for the shipment in any manner whatsoever. Payment of bid, default Buyer shall be obligated to pay the lesser of 25% of the bid amount or $25,000 not later than the close of business on the third business day following the close of bidding. Payment instructions will be sent via buyerâ??s listed e-mail following the close of the auction. Payment may be made by bank wire, by credit card through Paypal (LIMITED TO $10,000 PER ITEM), by sending a cashier's check by mail, or by direct deposit of a cashier's check into the USauctions trust account. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Payment in full by collected funds is due no later than 10 days following the close of bidding. Buyer shall be responsible for payment of all applicable sales taxes, registration fees and transfer fees. In the event buyer fails to make all or any portion of the initial deposit or final payment as required hereunder, Buyer shall be in default and Buyerâ??s right to purchase shall terminate. The venue for any action pertaining to the sale of this item shall be Broward County, Florida and shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida Removal of items, storage charges, risk of loss Items must be removed not later than 10 days following the close of bidding unless other arrangements are made. It shall be buyer's responsibility to make arrangements for moving the item or, in the alternative, for making arrangements to store the item beyond the 10 day grace period. It shall be buyer's responsibility for making arrangements to load and transport items. Buyer shall give USauctions notice of intent to pick up an item in sufficient time to ensure the storage charges are paid. When picking up vessels, Buyer shall make necessary arrangements with the boat yard where the vessel is located with not less than 24 hours notice before picking up a vessel to ensure the vessel is cleared for transport, any storage liens are paid, any necessary equipment is available and the vessel is not blocked in. Buyer assumes risk of loss of the item as of the earlier of the time buyer's right to void the sale terminates or the time buyer acquires insurance on the vessel. In the event Buyer fails to remove items in a timely manner, daily storage fees may be charged at the sales location and/or the items may be removed and stored at buyer's risk and expense. Delivery of title For titled items, delivery of free and clear title shall be the responsibility of the owner of the item. General processing time of titles is 4 to 6 weeks. In the event the item owner fails to deliver free and clear title to buyer in a timely manner, Buyer shall have the option of voiding the sale or of seeking specific performance directly against the item owner. USauctions shall have no liability to buyer or the item owner for failure to deliver free and clear title to buyer beyond refund of funds collected by USauctions to the parties entitled thereto, upon return of the item in substantially the condition sold. Buyer shall be solely responsible for applying for and taking all actions necessary to complete registration, titling or documentation as buyer may desire.

10x35 catamaran houseboat Vehicle Description This is a very nice little boat. It will sleep 6 adults easy. It is fully self contained Hot water,shower,sink,head,and holding tanks both fresh water and waste. It has a full size fridge,microwave,stove,and a sink in the kitchen roof ac and heat both work great. Motor runs great it is a 90 hp honda four stroke with very low hours. It has shore power and a 4500 watt onan generator. The carb needs cleaned on the generator we didnt run it much we always just used the shore power but it will start. There is a soft spot in the floor on the very back of the boat where the swim ladder is. It will be a easy fix i just havent fulled with it. It is not through just a small spot a little spongey. A trailer is included with the sell it is a home made trailer but fits the boat well. We trailered it 190 miles when we bought the boat on this trailer. 1982 87' Riverboat Paddle Wheeler / Houseboat Vehicle Description Charming Sternwheeler designed by Jack Hargrave. Hargrave designed this 87' Riverboat built in 1982. Original cost over 2 million in 1982. She has a solid steel hull (25' beam) that was tested for thickness in 2008. The boat is in good condition and captures the style and essence of previous times. Her interior is very comfortable for cruising or charter and each of the 6 staterooms opens to the exterior. The original steam engine has been converted to Cummins 6BTA 210 Hp. diesel with hydraulic drive for convenience and to save space. (3500 hours) Her paddle wheel is divided in 2 along with rudders for increased maneuverability. A bow thruster ensures that getting to the dock is easy.
